Lower Cost
Faster Building Time
Less Material

What is PACE™?

PACE™ is a Pre-Engineered Accelerated Construction Envelope that uses a combination of our patented Integrated Modular Structural (IMS™) System and a proven construction 4.0 Virtual Development Workbench to ensure an accelerated construction schedule onsite.

Our system at a glance

PACE™ Building Technologies allows for development projects up to 22 stories with standard PACE™ system designs. The strength and reliability has been validated by University research and IMS™ is fully compliant with North America structural codes.

Pre-cast Concrete

Integrated precast concrete slabs and column structural system with standardized components allow for rapid onsite construction assembly

Configurable

Standardized components are stackable, configurable, and utilize up to 40% less material than traditional cast-in-place construction solutions

Mechanical Connection

Slabs and columns are post tensioned with cabling for mechanical connection and pre-stressing of structures

Environmentally Friendly

PACE technology reduces energy-intensive transportation of heavy materials, resulting in fewer harmful emissions

High-quality structures and accelerated building schedules with IMS™

Our Patented IMS™ system incorporates modular components manufactured offsite, resulting in lower overall labour costs and allowing onsite work to be performed safer, stronger, and in less time.

Built for safety. Highly rated for fire, seismic, weather, and structural resiliance.

PACE™ projects are built to be fire resistant, structurally sound, and able to withstand extreme conditions from arctic regions to tropical coastal environments.

Our leadership team has decades of experience in the construction and technology space.
